Ilmoittautuminen tapahtuu sähköisen ilmoittautumispalvelun kautta. Ilmoittautuminen on sitova, kun ilmoittautuminen ja osallistumismaksu on suoritettu.
Pari- ja joukkuelähtöjen osallistumismaksu sisältää ilmoitetun määrän henkilökohtaisia osallistujapaikkoja. Peruutus-, palautus- ja siirtotilanteissa osallistujan henkilökohtaiseksi osuudeksi katsotaan: – kahden hengen parissa 50 prosenttia osallistumismaksusta – kolmen hengen joukkueessa yksi kolmasosa osallistumismaksusta.
Osallistujan vaihtaminen tai osallistumisoikeuden luovuttaminen
Jos osallistuja ei pääse osallistumaan tapahtumaan, hän voi siirtää osallistumisensa seuraavaan vuoteen, hankkia tilalleen sijaisen tai myydä tai luovuttaa oman osallistumisoikeutensa toiselle henkilölle.
Uuden osallistujan tulee täyttää valitun sarjan osallistumis- ja turvallisuusvaatimukset sekä hyväksyä tapahtuman säännöt ja osallistumisehdot. Osallistumisoikeuden myymisestä tai luovuttamisesta toiselle henkilölle vastaa alkuperäinen osallistuja. Järjestäjä ei vastaa osallistujien välisistä maksuista tai muista sopimuksista.
Muutokset
Parin tai joukkueen kokoonpanoa voidaan muuttaa kilpailun viimeiseen ilmoittautumispäivään asti.
Viimeisinä päivinä ilmoitetut muutokset eivät välttämättä ehdi päivittyä verkkosivujen lähtölistoihin. Viime hetken muutoksen tehneen osallistujan tulee tarkistaa kilpailumateriaalia noutaessaan tapahtumainfosta, että osallistuja-, joukkue- ja sarjatiedot ovat oikein.
Jos yksi parin tai joukkueen jäsenistä estyy osallistumasta, muut jäsenet voivat tilanteen mukaan: – siirtää osallistuminen seuraavaan vuoteen - hankkia tilalle uuden jäsenen – siirtyä soolosarjaan – siirtää oman osallistumisoikeutensa toiselle henkilölle – peruuttaa oman osallistumisensa näiden ehtojen mukaisesti.
Tiimin osallistuminen voidaan siirtää kokonaisuudessaan aina seuraavaan vuoteen.
Sarjan tai joukkuekoon vaihtaminen on mahdollista, mikäli uudessa sarjassa on tilaa ja osallistujat täyttävät kyseisen sarjan osallistumis- ja turvallisuusvaatimukset.
Terveydellinen osallistumiseste
Terveydelliseksi osallistumisesteeksi katsotaan lääkärin tai muun terveydenhuollon ammattilaisen toteama sairaus, loukkaantuminen, raskaus tai muu terveydellinen syy, jonka vuoksi tapahtumaan osallistuminen ei ole mahdollista tai suositeltavaa.
Terveydellisen osallistumisesteen vuoksi tehtävä palautus tai siirto käsitellään aina osallistujakohtaisesti. Todistuksessa riittää tieto siitä, ettei tapahtumaan osallistuminen ole terveydellisestä syystä mahdollista tai suositeltavaa. Diagnoosia tai muita terveystietoja ei tarvitse toimittaa.
Terveydellisen osallistumisesteen saanut osallistuja voi valita seuraavista vaihtoehdoista: – henkilökohtaisen osallistumismaksuosuutensa palautuksen näiden ehtojen mukaisesti – henkilökohtaisen osallistumisoikeutensa siirtämisen yhden kerran seuraavan vuoden tapahtumaan – oman osallistumisoikeutensa luovuttamisen tai myymisen toiselle henkilölle.
Muiden pari- tai joukkuejäsenten vaihtoehdot
Jos yksi parin tai joukkueen jäsenistä saa terveydellisen osallistumisesteen, muut osallistumiskykyiset jäsenet voivat jatkaa osallistumista uuden jäsenen kanssa, vaihtaa sarjaa tai siirtää oman osallistumisensa seuraavaan vuoteen. Jos osallistumiskykyinen pari- tai joukkuejäsen päättää myös peruuttaa oman osallistumisensa, hänelle palautetaan 50 prosenttia hänen henkilökohtaisesta osuudestaan osallistumismaksusta.
Käsittelymaksu
Kaikista järjestäjän käsittelemistä peruutuksista, osallistumisen siirroista ja osallistuja-, pari-, joukkue- tai sarjamuutoksista peritään 10 euron käsittelymaksu. Jos palautus maksetaan osallistujalle, käsittelymaksu vähennetään palautettavasta summasta. Muissa muutoksissa käsittelymaksu veloitetaan erikseen.
Yhteydenotot ja muutospyynnöt
Kaikki peruutus-, siirto- ja muutospyynnöt tulee tehdä kirjallisesti sähköpostitse osoitteeseen: [email protected] Pyynnössä tulee ilmoittaa: – osallistujan nimi – parin tai joukkueen nimi – osallistumissarja – muutoksen kohteena oleva osallistuja – pyydetty muutos, palautus tai siirto. Palautuspyynnöissä lähetä lääkärintodistus, kuitti ja pankkitilin numero sekä pankkitilin omistajan nimi. Sosiaalisen median kautta lähetettyjä peruutus-, siirto- tai muutospyyntöjä ei käsitellä virallisina yhteydenottoina. Muutos, palautus tai siirto on voimassa vasta, kun järjestäjä on vahvistanut sen sähköpostitse.
Osallistumatta jättäminen
Jos osallistuja ei saavu tapahtumaan eikä ole tehnyt sitä ennen kirjallisesti lähetettyä peruutus-, siirto- tai muutospyyntöä, osallistumismaksua ei palauteta eikä osallistumista siirretä seuraavaan vuoteen. Parin tai joukkueen yhden jäsenen poisjäänti ei automaattisesti muuta muiden jäsenten ilmoittautumista, osallistumissarjaa tai osallistumisoikeutta.

Cancellations and Changes to Entries
Registration takes place through the online registration service. Registration becomes binding once the registration has been completed and the participation fee has been paid. The participation fee for pairs and teams includes the stated number of individual participant entries. In the event of cancellation, refund or transfer, each participant’s individual share is considered to be: – 50% of the participation fee for a two-person pair – one third of the participation fee for a three-person team.
Changing a Participant or Transferring an Entry
If a participant is unable to take part in the event, they may transfer their entry to the following year, find a replacement participant, or sell or transfer their entry to another person. The new participant must meet the participation and safety requirements of the selected category and accept the event rules and terms of participation. The original participant is responsible for selling or transferring their entry to another person. The organiser is not responsible for payments or other agreements made between participants.
Changes
The composition of a pair or team may be changed until the final registration deadline for the event. Changes submitted during the final days of registration may not appear in the start lists published on the website. Participants who have made a last-minute change must check at the event information desk when collecting their race materials that the participant, team and category details are correct.
If one member of a pair or team is unable to participate, the remaining participant or participants may, depending on the circumstances: – transfer their participation to the following year – find a replacement team member – transfer to the solo category – transfer their own entry to another person – cancel their own participation in accordance with these terms
The entire team entry may always be transferred to the following year.
Changing the category or team size is possible if places are available in the new category and the participants meet the participation and safety requirements of that category.
Medical Reasons Preventing Participation
A medical reason preventing participation means an illness, injury, pregnancy or other health-related reason confirmed by a doctor or another healthcare professional, due to which participation in the event is not possible or recommended. Any refund or transfer due to a medical reason preventing participation is always handled individually for each participant. The certificate only needs to confirm that participation in the event is not possible or recommended for health reasons. A diagnosis or other medical information does not need to be provided. A participant who is unable to participate for medical reasons may choose one of the following options: – a refund of their individual share of the participation fee in accordance with these terms – a one-time transfer of their individual entry to the following year’s event – selling or transferring their own entry to another person.
Options for Other Members of the Pair or Team
Options for Other Members of the Pair or TeamIf one member of a pair or team is unable to participate for medical reasons, the other members who are able to participate may continue with a replacement member, change category or transfer their own participation to the following year. If a member of the pair or team who is able to participate also decides to cancel their own participation, they will receive a refund of 50% of their individual share of the participation fee.
Administration Fee
An administration fee of €10 is charged for all cancellations, participation transfers and changes to participants, pairs, teams or categories processed by the organiser. If a refund is paid to the participant, the administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. For other changes, the administration fee will be charged separately.
Contact and Change Requests
All cancellation, transfer and change requests must be submitted in writing by email to: [email protected] The request must include: – the participant’s name – the name of the pair or team – the participation category – the participant affected by the change – the requested change, refund or transfer. For refund requests, please send a medical certificate, the payment receipt, the bank account number and the name of the account holder. Cancellation, transfer or change requests submitted through social media are not considered official requests. A change, refund or transfer is valid only after it has been confirmed by the organiser by email.
Failure to Attend
If a participant does not attend the event and has not submitted a written cancellation, transfer or change request before the event, the participation fee will not be refunded and the entry will not be transferred to the following year. The absence of one member of a pair or team does not automatically change the registration, participation category or entry rights of the other members.
